SUPPORT WORKER

ABOUT ME: Hi, I’m Nadine! I’m a calm, caring, and positive person with a genuine passion for supporting others. I believe the best supports come from building trusting relationships, taking the time to understand each person, and celebrating every achievement along the way. I have a creative approach and enjoy thinking outside the box to create meaningful experiences tailored to each participant’s interests, strengths, and goals. I love mindful art, exploring nature, visiting the beach, spending time with animals, and planning community adventures that encourage confidence, independence, and social connection. I especially enjoy spending time around horses, farm animals, and wildlife. I find nature incredibly grounding and believe natural environments can help people feel calm, relaxed, and connected while supporting their overall wellbeing. I’m always looking for new community activities and local events that participants can enjoy. I also love photography and capturing special moments and achievements, creating memories that participants and their families can cherish. Alongside my support work, I also work with Be You Artistry, where I help facilitate Art Social and Make Up Classes, combining creativity with confidence building, social connection, and lots of fun. As a proud mum to a young adult, I understand the importance of encouragement, empathy, patience, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their goals.
